Omnispace360 is seeking a motivated, technology-based sales and marketing person who wants to grow with a company poised for success. We are a six year old experiential technology company that creates immersive environments that amaze audiences through a combination of product, design, and creative content. Some of our recent clients include the National Football League, Marriott Hotels, MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), The PGA of America Golf Organization, PepsiCo, Seattle International Film Festival, Texas Museum of Science and Technology and Sundance Film Festival, to name a few. We manufacture, code, animate, design, integrate, and manage immersive media experiences such as planetariums, in-person VR room experiences, 3d building projection mapping, 4D ride films, etc.
Our mission is to design events and permanent theaters around perfectly matched immersive technologies with creative productions that take advantage of these unique spaces. We are constantly evolving and pushing the boundaries of what can be done, and we love a good challenge!
We're hiring for a Sales & Marketing Administrator position. This is an in-person position for our office in Austin, TX. Minimal to no travel is required. Salaried position with future stock options available.

The Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator who can  hit the ground running and add immediate value to our Sales & Marketing Department to contribute to our overall strategy of engaging with prospective and current customers and the public in general via a mix of public relations, social media engagement, tradeshows, direct marketing and sales network management.

Our Ideal Candidate:
•    5 years+ sales and marketing administrative or relevant experience
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred
•    Well versed in marketing methods and systems such as:
•    Customer relationship management software administration
•    Advertising campaign coordination (online and offline)
•    Content and social marketing management & copywriting
•    Public relations outreach and tracking
•    Campaign reporting & analytics
•    Sales and marketing materials and videos; design, development and updating (basic graphic design understanding and contractor coordination)
•    Website updates and contractor communications (basic HTML understanding preferred)
•    Sales team support including:
•    Initial client communications and onboarding
•    Tracking incoming leads and ensuring proper and timely responses
•    Communicating with other divisions within the company for information and to respond to sales leads
•    Preparing and assisting with the creation of sales proposals, budgets and other supporting information
•    Prepare automated sales messaging
•    Assist sales team with scheduling, travel, demos and other tasks to facilitate their priorities
•    Has skills and knowledge in the following software and/or systems:
•    Zoho Suite (CRM, Campaigns, Projects)
•    Note taking
•    Task management
•    Adobe (Photoshop, Premier)
•    Word processing
•    Spreadsheets
•    Presentations
•    Excellent communications and writing skills
•    Google Ads, Social Ads (administration  and analytics)
•    General knowledge of tradeshow industry and managing tradeshow marketing
