Sales & Marketing Associate - RX Saver
The RetailMeNot RxSaver team is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join us at our headquarters in downtown Austin, Texas. In this role, you will wear many hats and work across a variety of projects to support both the Sales Operations and B2B Marketing teams.
The successful person for this role is a hyper-organized problem solver who is comfortable taking a project and running with it. You have a positive can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Who You Are:
- You have at least 1-2 years experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing or a related field
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external audiences
- You have experience planning and executing events, ideally trade shows, conferences or similar
- Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
- You thrive in managing multiple projects and priorities on time while communicating consistently
- You demonstrate a strong attention to detail and independent problem solving
What You'll Do:
- You will support across RxSaver’s Sales Operations and B2B Marketing Teams
- You will collaborate and coordinate with our Marketing, IT and external Sales Management teams to ensure that sales reps have the materials and tech resources they need to operate effectively
- You will assist with sales territory management, making adjustments as needed by collaborating with our internal Salesforce Administrator on necessary changes
- You will problem solve and coordinate solutions for tech issues that arise in the field
- You will assist in the creation of Sales enablement materials and trainings
- Assist with trade show planning, including development of materials, writing logistics and messaging guides, printing and organizing collateral, managing lead lists and follow-up activities
- You will handle printing and shipping of materials for sales programs and conference follow-up activities
- Partner with Salesforce Administrator to ensure system meets the needs of our evolving business
- Support development, updating and publishing of sales enablement materials to help our business development team
