Redgate Software produces ingeniously simple tools for Microsoft technology professionals worldwide. We currently specialize in MS SQL Server, Cloud, and .NET tools.

As a Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Being a champion on our quoting system – Zuora – processing quotes for our AE teams, resellers and being on hand to help others.
- Covering other admin staff when they are out the office.
- Conducting business professionally, through clear communication with the AMER sales teams, while maintaining the core values of Redgate.
- Working hand in hand with the sales team, helping distribute leads, providing customer service assistance, and maintaining vital data within Salesforce.
- Creating, organizing, and keeping Salesforce dashboards and reports up to date.
- Supporting in the implementation and administration of all software used by the AMER region sales teams.
What experience do you have?
- You have a BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Salesforce experience
- Experience working in a sales or customer service environment
- Ideally have used a billing / invoicing system (Zuora)

- Hourly Range: $19.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience
- You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- Job type: Full time, non-exempt
