What Your Days Will be Like:

In the Sales Operations Analyst role, you will have the opportunity to help design and build Care@Work’s foundation for scale. This individual will partner across Care@Work teams including Sales, Finance, Account Management, Network Development, and Operations to provide reporting and analysis for commissions and quota, Salesforce.com (SFDC) data entry, and support and establish processes to improve efficiencies throughout the organization. Working cross-functionally, you’ll partner to reshape our reporting and sales processes, including working with the Sales Ops team to launch a CPQ tool. We’re looking for an enthusiastic teammate that can operate the dynamic range of needs of our salesforce.

What You'll Be Working On: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain actionable sales dashboards and reports within Salesforce.com (SFDC), Excel, and PowerPoint to ensure the relevant and timely visibility on metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Design, develop, and maintain commission calculations for various teams
  • Design, develop and maintain repository to store sales base required for quota
  • Analyze and summarize data outputs to proactively understand and communicate the meaning of trends, drivers, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Work cross-functionally with our partners in Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to support business initiatives.
  • Independently manage your progress toward agreed-upon milestones and deliverables with a high degree of accountability.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership and executive teams 
  • Aid in Salesforce releases, playing an active role in launching a new CPQ process/tool
  • Manage sales data integrity as it relates to sales, quota, or commission reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in reporting analysis, accounting, FP&A, or sales operations
  • Excitement to help build robust processes and scalable systems for a rapidly growing and continuously changing sales org
  • Meticulous, detail and task-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience in developing processes for commission and quota calculations
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical rigor to solve complex business problems
  • Experienced with Salesforce and understanding of other core sales tools, including experience with CPQ tools, calculated fields, custom reports, etc.
  • Must be able to listen and interpret the requirements of internal clients
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, CRM, VBA skills preferred
  • A strong understanding of overall business operations.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, etc. (is a plus)
