Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role:

- Great communication skills, as this position will interact cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Support
- The ability to grasp and understand a variety of business concepts, as well as the ability to actually apply those concepts in a practical application in the business
- Technical acumen to leverage business systems and tools (e.g. Salesforce, InsightSquared, etc.) to uncover actionable insights to drive positive outcomes
- Some examples of day to day activities:
- Provide analysis on business performance by territory, district, and department
- Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed for managers of various departments
- Identify and report KPI’s
- Participate on cross-functional projects to drive business process improvements, implement tools or integrate acquired businesses
- Be a “utility player” assisting with a variety of activities that span across the sales ops team
- Able to be part of a community and work in a team environment; coachable
- Must be adaptable to working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
- Proficiency in the use of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and especially Excel
Competitive Candidate Profile:
- BA/BS degree in business or related field from a top tier 4-year university
- 0-2 years of relevant high-tech work experience in Finance, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, and/or Management Consulting
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and data-driven recommendations
- Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, moves fast and has commitment to results
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
