The Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, will support our growing sales team while working with cross-functional business leaders to ensure strategic alignment across the organization. The successful candidate will be a highly organized sales professional who has experience defining and running similar initiatives.
How you'll add value:
- Data analysis and forecasting of current and future sales goals and trends
- Regularly make data-driven suggestions relevant to business KPIs and performance metrics while highlighting areas that are driving the business forward
- Identify opportunities to improve sales business processes
- Monitor Salesforce data quality and ensure data integrity
- Develop training material around processes and tools, while ensuring policies and processes are documented and implemented effectively
- Provide support and training for sales systems and tools
- Generate functional requirements documents
- Work with the Salesforce administrator to implement and optimize the sales team’s software suite
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 3+ years experience in a sales operations or business analyst role working directly with sales and sales leaders
- Strong knowledge and experience with analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Einstein Analytics, etc) and SQL
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach. ADM 201 certification preferred.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Salesforce reporting
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Motivated, takes initiative, and self-directed
