Sales Operations Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational dashboards and reports for the Sales organization to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making
- Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of supporting sales data and highlight improvement opportunities
- Perform deep dive analysis of Sales metrics and reporting questions/concerns from leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings / solutions
- Develop best practices that align sales analytics with company initiatives
- Support efforts to improve systems and tools (ex: PowerBI, spreadsheets, CRM) that support the sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Professional Services, and Product to drive company-wide initiatives
- Liaison with internal departments to obtain answers to sales related questions
- Assist with ad hoc projects, data analysis and reporting as needed
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong MS Office skills required: high level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Experience using data analytics tools (ex: PowerBI) preferred
- Comfort using and / or learning Salesforce.com
- Collaborative working style and commitment to team objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather and analyze data independently and quickly identify trends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work products
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects in an organized and timely manner
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with confidence
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills; ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels and cross functionally and effectively manage differences of opinions
- Strong sense of urgency, including the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and set priorities
