We're seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Operations and Enablement Director to work within our growing Sales team in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization. The Sales Operations and Enablement Director manages and coordinates critical operating support for the One Drop Enterprise Sales team. The ideal candidate will be someone with enterprise-level sales enablement and/or sales operations experience, supporting both direct sales producers and inside sales representatives. We’re looking for someone who has experience building out and executing joint Marketing/Sales campaigns and events, and who is familiar with supporting and enabling enterprise-level Sales staff with reporting insights, competitive intelligence, proposal support, and tailored training programs to improve sales effectiveness and quota attainment. 

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Planning and facilitating regional Sales Operations (SOPS) activities in coordination with Enterprise Growth Marketing Operations (MOPS) and sales leadership 
  • Stewarding critical data and processing within the sales CRM
  • Maintaining and improving sales enablement and training materials in shared resource libraries and LMS systems
  • Leading inside Sales team of regionally-aligned Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to include compensation and incentive planning, ongoing performance management, inside sales enablement/coaching, and reporting back to sales leadership
  • Supporting data requests/reporting requirements from Regionals Sales Directors (RSD), Sales, Success, Growth Marketing, and One Drop leadership. Examples include reporting on sales pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, competitive intelligence, win/loss reporting, and custom reporting/sales campaigns
  • Supporting the integrity of RFP management and proposal production and collaborates across the sales and marketing teams to streamline and enhance proposal development and submissions

You’ll bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing sales operations, enablement, or a combination
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing work demands
  • High attention to detail and active listening skills
  • Experience producing or maintaining sales reports regarding activity, performance, and forecasting
  • Self-starter who enjoys jumping in and “getting their arms around projects”
  • Creative and willingly offers ideas for process improvement 
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Bonus Points:

  • Advanced Salesforce user or administrator certification preferred (ADM 201)
  • Experience in a sales role and/or in the enterprise digital health space
  • Experience managing inside sales teams
  • Experience working as a proposal writer/content manager
  • Advanced skills in GSuite
