Sales Operations Leader

The role of our Sales Operations Leader is a critical hub for enabling growth of the business. Sitting at the intersection of sales, renewals, marketing, service and finance, the Sales Operations Leader will be an important part of the firm’s leadership team. The Sales Operations Leader will report directly to Iodine’s Chief Revenue Officer and also foster important working relationships with our Chief Financial Officer, Sales and Renewal Leads. This role will further be supported by our Manager of in-house sales.
What You’ll Do
This leader will be responsible for various forms of sales enablement, including (but not limited to):
- Sales process design, innovation and management/execution
- Top of funnel lead generation campaigns, activities, oversight
- Salesforce.com management, advancement, development
- Generation of insights and analytics from salesforce.com and our sales process to help advance go to market efforts
- Forecasting analysis to manage and improve sales predictability
- Liaison with marketing to support thoughtful execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation
- Liaison with finance to ensure seamless flow of revenue information, including forecasting
- Liaison with renewals and service to support seamless revenue projections from renewal efforts, as well as thoughtful handoffs from sales to service and renewal teams.
- Training and development of commercial facing staff where application, and ideally, supporting the design and execution of ongoing training and development activities

What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in Sales Operations and/or Sales Management
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce and CRM platform, including ability to generate and maintain key reports, dashboards and mine the system for insights
- Experience managing sales process including elements of sales process design
- Experience working with marketing teams and coordinating and executing efforts between marketing and sales
Preferred Requirements –
- Experience working in B2B healthcare industry businesses
- Working with early career professionals, especially those working as in-house sales leads
