About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build out and optimize our sales operations. You are passionate, results-oriented, highly analytical, creative, and a natural hustler. By shaping our sales operations process, you will develop and execute strategies delivering the results to maximize revenue generated by our Sales and Account Management Teams.

This person can and has executed a winning sales process efficiency, sales enablement tooling to drive efficiency and revenue, sales reporting and data ops related to sales team needs.

About the Team:

We are a newly funded “startup” organization within GoDaddy fully-focused on franchise networks and their unique marketing challenges. We’re working on a new solution that protects and amplifies the franchisor’s brand vision and strategy at the local, franchisee level across thousands of social media touchpoints -- blending brand compliance and local authenticity to power an exceptional online consumer experience. Using our proven "Do-It-For-You" delivery model, expert team, nationwide, professional photography network, and proprietary technology, GoDaddy will enable franchisors and their franchisees to protect their reputation and elevate their brand presence to win new customers.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years experience in Sales or Business Operations: you’re self-starting, highly analytical, and data-driven with interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You have experience building and optimizing successful business operations.
  • Data expertise: you love analytics, and you can build models with vlookups, pivots, index matches, and more. You use insights and takeaways from your work to help drive our business operations strategy.
  • Business operations strategy & execution: you can help us craft our Sales operations strategy and vision. You can find and establish processes to drive efficiency across all of our sales touchpoints. You can collaborate with Demand Gen to source leads, take a lead lists and optimize to help reps target the most valuable accounts on their lists, and identify accounts most likely to close.
  • Strong Salesforce capabilities: you have a deep understanding of Salesforce, and are adept at building reports and dashboards. You quickly learn our Salesforce experience, and can collaborate closely with our Salesforce developer to communicate the needs of our organization.
  • Project manager: you are comfortable driving projects from start to finish. You’re a natural leader with the operational and executional chops to keep complex cross-functional initiatives on track.
  • Collaborator: you understand the value of different perspectives, and how they can create better solutions – you know how to involve the right people, in the right way, at the right time. People really like partnering with you. Your written and verbal communication is a strength.
  • Problem-solver: you have a knack for identifying problems, gaining cross-functional inputs to identify and develop a solution, and you have the drive to see a solution through to the finish line.
