Sales Operations Manager
Mission
Own the sales operations function at Tenfold to help grow the company to $50 million in the next 3 years.
Outcome: Ensure timely and accurate of sales compensationOutcome Measures
Work with senior management team to help manage the weekly sales forecast process
Reconcile bookings/attainment data across multiple systems working closely with Sales.
Develop and maintain detailed comp models for each job role across sales
Communicate comp models to VP of Sales.
Develop and maintain Bookings and Headcounts Models
Prepare Quarterly Reporting package for Ops reviews
Prepare ad hoc reports as required by senior leadership in sales
Master the ins and outs of the CRM system (SFDC) and work closely with the CRM team to continue to improve the accuracy of our data and reports.
Create reports and dashboards using Tenfold and the CRM system
