Sales Operations Manager

RigUp is hiring an experienced, strategic, and detail-focused Sales Operations Manager who has supported high growth organizations. This role is focused across people management, technical project management, process creation/development, and will require a SFDC Admin certification to support the initial CRM set up/launch. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with Sales Effectiveness (Analysts), Salesforce Architect/Developers, and Leadership to drive process creation and improvement by achieving buy-in from stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Serve as a Leader of change and drive effective communication to all business stakeholders.
- Work with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, elicit requirements and design solutions that enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user experience, and drive system adoption related to the Salesforce environment.
- Lead complex discussions to influence stakeholders and effectively manage disagreement while resolving escalations or roadblocks independently and effectively
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce using declarative tools including: custom fields and objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, process builder, flows, reports, and bulk data load utilities (e.g. Data Loader)
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, perform maintenance, manage reporting, and assist with integrations
- Act as Product Owner for all Scrum and sprint related activities (scheduling & facilitating meetings, documentation, and communication to stakeholders)
- Identify input and output metrics to use in optimizing team operations and evaluating progress
- Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies to manage volume
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to support end-user needs, including documenting workflows/help articles, acting as SME for any SFDC-related trainings, any assistance with training development
- Transition across multiple duties to assist with process development, technical documentation, communication, training support, etc., as needed
What you should have:
- 2+ Sales Operations Management experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and at least 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role
- Command of the Lead funnel, including a clear understanding of marketing channels, metrics to track progress, levers to optimize, and marketing/ sales qualification processes.
- Strong project management experience (Agile - Scrum framework), with an ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly and deliver results against aggressive deadlines in close coordination with other stakeholders
- Collaborative nature and communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with business stakeholders, SMEs, peers, and leadership
- Ability to gather needs, analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and implement new processes that uplevel the scaled sales organization
- Autonomous self-starter, capable of working through ambiguous problems quickly and gracefully with a huge emphasis on communication
- An unwavering attention to detail, the ability to deliver a timely and accurate product, and the aptitude to strike a balance between the two
- An obsession with going above and beyond by creating transparency and building rapport with stakeholders through collaborative and thoughtful communication
- Experience with Case Management & HelpDesk Support with a service mentality
- Integration experience with SFDC & 3rd party apps (ZenDesk, Telephony systems, HRIS, LMS, CMS)
- Lightning platform, Pardot and Zendesk experience preferred
