Sales Operations Manager

SamCart is looking for a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. Our Go To Market teams are moving fast and need the support of an analytic and process-oriented operations ninja to keep pace.
Requirements
- Advanced Salesforce admin experience including SOQL
- Basic SQL/MYSQL
- Data manipulation and modeling to solve real-word business problems
- An understanding of SAAS revenue models and best practices
- Defining and Integrating processes between tools and teams
Responsibilities:
- Own the administration and ongoing improvement of GTM tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, FreshDesk, Hubspot and more
- Own day-to-day technical administration of GTM tools inclusive of all field creation, permission, validation rules, process builders, workflows and potential APEX deployment
- Create visibility into the acquisition funnel through dashboarding and report building
- Manage all tool integrations and assist in evaluation of new potential tools
- Respond to inquiries and issues issues as they arise
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Revenue, Sales and Customer Success leadership
- Design and manage regular reporting for senior management on all areas of revenue management
- Track and help improve performance compensation for multiple teams
- Analyze the sales funnel and customer journey--make continuous improvements and suggestions for ways to increase revenue
- Lead the execution of special projects including contests, campaigns, partnership rollouts and more
