About the Role:
Epicor Software is looking to hire a creative & process driven Sales Operations Manager to join our growing organization. In this role you will be responsible for the development of sales processes, training and tools that drive efficiencies for our revenue generating & client facing teams.
What You'll Do:

  • Work closely within sales operations and cross-functional teams to develop, document, and implement sales processes.
  • Drive execution, process consistency and best practices across the organization. Provide recommendations to continuously improve operations to achieve revenue / profitability objectives.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent on the lead to quote technology stack including Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance cross sell and upsell processes.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking.
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ years experience in sales enablement with a successful track record of training and developing world class sales teams
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to seek out and implement internal or external best practices
  • Advanced problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce from a hands-on sales perspective
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or comparable work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in modern sales management
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives and stewarding change with empathy
  • Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
