About the Role

Orchard is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support the success of the Sales department by developing internal processes and tooling support to simplify non-selling activities for our frontline Sales people and enhance their ability to sell. You will work cross-functionally to provide operational expertise to drive decision making for Orchard’s top company initiatives focused on increasing Sales conversion. Key components of this role will include project management, designing process and SOP development, as well as, representing Sales in cross-department initiatives.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Provide operations & project management expertise for our Sales initiatives 
  • Represent Sales in cross-functional partnerships focused on process alignment and optimization 
  • Identify Sales process and product opportunities to drive continuous improvement
  • Implement & optimize processes and create supporting documentation
  • Manage & maintain Sales documentation of new processes, process changes, and releases

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

  • 3+ years of project management experience required 
  • Strong organizational skills and process orientation
  • An attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently & in a team environment
  • Sales expertise is a plus

This is a Full Time role based in Austin.
