Sales Proposal Coordinator
The Deal Advancement Resources Team Coordinator assists in its effort to respond to requests of proposal (RFPs) issued by prospects, customers and partners. As a Sales Proposal Coordinator, you will work with internal teams including senior management, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to coordinate RFPs as they are worked; assemble, format and build compelling responses that leverage Company's value proposition and differentiators.
This position reports directly to the DART Manager and can be a remote position.
Mission of this Role
- You are the bridge between the sales cycle and beginning of our customer success relationship.
- Maintain collaborative effort to partner with each internal team and internal SLA's
- Drive sales and retain customers
- Exposure to all products
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proofread and edit proposals for grammar, formatting, style and branding: tone, style and theme
- Organize and pull attachments and exhibits for the response
- Archive and index all proposals in systems: SFDC, Smartsheet and Box
- Maintain Corporate and Marketing content in Loopio
- Leverage technologies to make process more efficient
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven ability to work across organizations with effective communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment
- Ability to work in a remote environment across teams who are also working remotely
Additional Desired Skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
