What We’re Looking For

A high-energy individual with both a Customer-first mentality, and the discipline to drive operational processes. A proven track record of delivering high-quality, accurate information to internal & external teams under company required SLAs.

This individual will play a critical role within the Order Execution team, supporting the Sales team as well as engaging directly with key customers.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in quote creation working with field sales, customers and operations
  • Source products for purchase
  • Update status of orders & delivery for customers
  • Communicate proactively on work both internally and externally
  • Work closely with Operations and Product Management on a daily basis
  • Update & manage CRM as required
  • Create & maintain account plans with field sales
  • Drive interest, as directed, in targeted accounts
  • Continuous improvement projects

What’s Required

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years Sales and/or Customer support experience
  • Sales forecasting
  • Ability to work across departments
  • Focused on customer success & professional communication
  • CRM experience
  • Comfortable with change and engaging in a wide range of activities
  • Positive attitude
  • English proficiency

Bonus for Applicants

  • Experience in the Telecom or Computer Hardware industries
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or Base CRM tools
  • Recommendations from previous employers
