RigUp is hiring a Sales Trainer that will be responsible for enabling our sales team from on-boarding and ramp-up to career development skills that will empower them to do their jobs more proficiently. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for building relationships with the men and women in the energy industry. What you'll be doing
- Build and utilize training materials to deliver sales onboarding, sales trainings, remote trainings, and sales/training events
- Develop sales training programs as identified by SMEs to maintain and build the training portfolio that aligns with company goals and strategies
- Act as a subject matter expert by staying up-to-date on current processes, products, and platforms, as well as sales industry trends
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations in planning, coordinating and developing a curriculum that is in line with current and long term training needs
- Facilitate classroom training programs in conjunction with HR
- Providing hands-on coaching, feedback, and certification for individual contributors
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline the overall customer journey and sales story
- Conducts training classes on sales techniques and methodologies involved in selling RigUps products and services
- Gather insights from surveys and feedback sessions to provide continual upgrades to the training experience.
What you should have
- 4-6 years of customer-facing experience (e.g. Sales, Sales Training, Customer Success, etc.)
- 1-3 years of experience of classroom facilitation
- Strong problem solving skills with a proven ability to organize and analyze feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communicationA passion for building relationships and internal networks
- Comfortable with ambiguity - able to work independently and be flexible as the core responsibilities and duties of this team evolve
- Team player who leads with kindness in all that they do
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks with varying deadlines
- Strong collaborative nature and communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with peers, SME’s, leadership, stakeholders, etc. across the RigUp landscape.
