The Role

The Training and Sales Enablement Manager will own learning and development for our Sales org, including onboarding, educating, career success, sales process, curriculums and related reporting across the organization. This person will develop personalized programs for our team, working between sales and management/technical leadership to evaluate team members on knowledge of product, services, and ability to deliver information and value. This role reports to the VP of Sales. 

Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end training strategy, planning, content development/management, execution and tracking of Inside Sales, SDR, and Customer Success, Support, and Retention training;  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Training:

  • Lead lightweight company onboarding training for new Digital Pharmacist employees, with deeper product and process trainings for new sales and customer satisfaction reps
  • Work with cross functional leaders to develop/maintain blended curriculums on existing products (product positioning, features, usage, and benefits)
  • Identify, develop, and deliver weekly sales/SDR continuing education/training based on sales performance, industry trends, product changes or other relevant events
  • Evolve and execute the “Demo certification” and sales promotion programs
  • Become an expert on Digital Pharmacist products and key sales technologies (SFDC, Chargify, Conga, etc.) 
  • Stay informed on new industry training methods, systems, technologies
  • Support broader company training and development as bandwidth permits
  • Create a positive and enthusiastic learning environment through process and delivery

Enablement:

  • Develop and manage reporting highlighting new performance or training opportunities
  • Maintain competitive research and battle cards
  • Create and manage training materials in our Learning Management System
  • Assist with sales operations needs as required

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct experience in sales training required
  • Experience delivering measurable business outcomes, including increased velocity, increased win-rates, decreased ramp-up time, improving sales performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with Salesforce or Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Analytical skills and comfort with data-based decisions required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time 
  • Passion for the growth, development, and success of a broader team

Note: due to COVID our Sales team is currently on a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule.
