The sales organizations that support SMB, enterprise, and strategic accounts are growing, and we're in search of an experienced Director of Sales Training & Enablement to support our revenue and growth organizations.

What Your Days Will be Like:

This role will be instrumental in developing our sales teams by helping them build key skills to provide outstanding experiences and value for our corporate prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will build and lead relevant training programs, engaging curriculum, sales rep resources, and tools to develop and evolve an outstanding sales organization. This includes driving, supporting, and carrying out numerous regional and global enablement efforts. This role is critical in helping our sellers maintain industry relevancy at every single touchpoint in a sales lifecycle and in the evolving market. This role is responsible for facilitating enablement alignment across cross-functional departments (Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, New Business Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and more). The Director of Sales Training & Enablement will be applying leading learning principles on enablement programs to accelerate comprehension and demonstration of effective sales skills in the field. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a consistent track record of accomplishment in leading sales enablement programs.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Strategize, build, and deploy comprehensive and efficient programs that are highly effective both quarterly and annually
  • Maintain and optimize the sales training curriculum that is highly effective and consumable by members of the sales team including the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel training materials
  • Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs that equip members of our Customer Engagement Team with the crucial knowledge and skills required to be successful in their role
  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional partners (global sales leadership, product, content, design, etc.) to build programs incorporating feedback and collaborate on enablement priorities
  • Measures outcomes of the training programs which include continually measuring program compliance, participant performance, and business impact of each program
  • Drive awareness of global and regional enablement programs via regular communications of active and completed programs, ongoing updates, key success metrics, and calendar of events

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years in sales enablement and in sales or supporting sales roles
  • Experience with a demonstrated record of successfully building, implementing, and handling sophisticated sales training and enablement programs
  • Excellent presenter and communicator (adventurous, clear, and eloquent communicator). Experience in communicating day-long or multi-day training to groups of 20+ learners
  • Comprehends and articulates sales methodologies and operating models
  • Ability to remain agile in changing and fast-paced environment
