Sales / Account Executive / Business Development

UX Research, Human-Centered Design & Software Engineering Consultancy

 

THE ROLE

Sales / Account Executives / Business Development Managers will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.  You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

 

GOALS & EXPECTATIONS

Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, events, referrals, etc

Can demonstrate knows how to uncover customer needs and requirements

Collaborate qualified opportunities with senior sales executive for further development and closure

Has closed previous sales and achieved monthly / quarterly / annual quotas

Can demonstrate an understanding of how to research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Has experience maintaining and expanding a database of prospects

Collaborate with practice leads to build pipeline, generate interest, conduct discovery meetings, propose solutions, negotiate and close deals

Perform effective online meetings with existing and prospective customers

1 - 2 years sales experience

1 - 2 years demonstrated experience of being on track and/or achieving quota

A good phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Google Hangouts, Zoom, Join.me)

Experience working with CRM (Copper, HubSpot, Highrise)
