The Salesforce Administrator will work to deliver and offer ongoing support of an HR Case Management tool leveraging Salesforce. In this role, you will capitalize on the full features and benefits of the tool in support of various user group needs. We are seeking someone who can play the liaison between both business users and technical requirements ensuring the needs of internal stakeholders are captured and the system is configured accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, and more. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields and workflows.

Skills

  • Understand current state of business workflows and partner to make recommendations on future enhancements
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements for necessary updates within the system
  • Manage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce
  • Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features
  • Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
  • Provide user support as needed
  • Administer and support Salesforce including user setup and design/configuration of Custom Objects, Profiles and Roles, Workflow/Process Builder, Visual Flows, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality
  • Coordinate testing and deployment plans for complex rollouts
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Import data as appropriate
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve data quality

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and best practices
  • Understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, custom views, and other content
  • Strong data management abilities
