WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for relationships and deliver end to end solutions with leading edge software and digital technologies
  • You will be able to play a key role in shaping the practice as we continue to grow and mature
  • Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds: Sales, Marketing, Service and/or Platform clouds
  • Understanding of Salesforce technology
  • End to End delivery experience
  • Proven experience in Discovery with customer
  • Ability to understand business ideas, impact assess and break them down (user stories) to assist with service design and delivery
  • Agile mindset, interpersonal, communication and client management skills


REQUIREMENTS

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant, to understand customer's needs, gather and document requirements
  • Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness
  • Work and collaborate with various stakeholders and members of team, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands
  • Work to understand the intersection between technology, customers and business to cultivate business development opportunities

ADDITIONAL

  • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
