We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales executive to join the Fourth team supporting our growth and expansion within the Retail and Hospitality sectors.


Businesses around the world rely on Fourth to share sensitive information safely and securely online – anywhere, anytime. We are seeking a seasoned, enterprise salesperson to build on, and accelerate the growth of our industry leading solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to drive new revenue growth in the Retail and Hospitality sectors, with the support of an established, global, and industry leading cloud-based software platform.


About the Role


The Senior Account Executive will report to our Vice President of Sales, Growth and Global Segments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


• Work closely with leadership to help build and execute a go-to-market strategy for the target sectors.

• Sell the complete Fourth solution and services into Retail and Hospitality sectors.

• Align Fourth's solutions to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.

• Meet performance goals associated with quota achievement and sales activity.

• Develop account-based marketing activities to effectively target key stake holders.

• Build dynamic relationship mapping of opportunities to effectively identify and influence key decision makers.

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of new business. 

• Work closely and effectively with the Fourth Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Solution Architect teams, to meet all client integration and technical requirements.

• Stay ahead of influencing trends in the industry/sector to serve as a thought-leader.

• Cultivate deep and wide relationships with key clients and decision makers to support a robust, referenceable client base.

• Produce consistent and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

• Manage all information in Salesforce

• Willing and able to travel to prospect and customer locations as business demands (once it is safe to do so)

 

About You


• Significant experience and demonstrated success in full-lifecycle, cloud-based technology sales , with at least 4 years in a direct selling role

• Possess a deep understanding of business operations, and the priorities that drive software decisions at the C-level

• Demonstrated experience selling value-based solutions and managing complex sales cycles 

• Retail and/or Hospitality experience will be very helpful in this role

• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to prospects and customers

• Experience managing large multi-state territories
