About the Role
Here at Hearth, your success will have a tremendous impact on the revenue goals and trajectory of our company. As a Senior Account Executive on our Inbound team, you will fuel Hearth's growth by reaching new business, with a primary focus on selling subscriptions to contractors. This is a high profile role with lofty revenue targets, calling on warm inbound leads. With our short sales cycle, you'll be expected to move quickly and close deals daily. Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by qualifying and closing inbound leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from the initial point of contact through product demonstrations and ultimately to close.
  • Enthusiastically make upwards of 80 calls daily.
  • Build and manage your pipeline from first contact to close in Salesforce.com.
  • Respond to lead inquiries in real time via phone and email while actively working your built pipeline.
  • Contribute to our company's revenue goals by meeting & exceeding lofty individual sales quotas.
  • Propose new sales strategies to expand the universe of potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on our product, industry changes and our competitive landscape.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in a heavy quota-bearing role.
  • A closer mentality and competitive spirit.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving skills with high energy and an upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow a proven and effective sales process while still providing a consultative and tailored approach.
  • Eagerness to work on a dynamic team in a ever-changing, startup environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and multitask excellently.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with performance assessments based upon concrete sales targets.


Location
This is a fully remote position; however, our Inbound team always has the option to work in the office should they desire.
