Bold is looking for a talented and driven Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our Enterprise Services Team. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in managing workloads, adjusting priorities, and adapting to change. To be successful, our Enterprise Account Managers need to have a foundational understanding in ecommerce, web development, internet marketing, and conversion rate optimization. Above all other duties, a Senior Enterprise Account Manager’s main responsibility is to build effective relationships with their clients while ensuring their experience with Bold is unparalleled.

What you’ll do

  • Operate as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, providing our brands with proactive and strategic support 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Make informed suggestions and recommendations to clients based on data, experience, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain account level run books that document your brand’s usage of Bold solutions as well as integrations with third party integrations and applications
  • Work closely with your brands and Bold Merchant Success teams for support ticket oversight and management, ensuring support issues are aligned in accordance with your customer’s priorities
  • Communicate clearly the progress of quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with strategists to roll out website audits and optimization plans
  • Take initiative and make suggestions for improvements
  • Use your expertise to help us develop account management framework, enhanced processes and goals
  • Partner with Bold leadership to develop and implement process, metrics and KPI’s
  • Elevate other members of your team by sharing industry knowledge and experience

What we’re looking for

  • A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold’s mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code
  • A true passion to help people and see their business succeed; if they succeed, we succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years working as an Account Manager in a digital space for large and enterprise businesses
  • Experience in ecommerce as a vendor/consultant or as a retailer
  • The ability to manage and support the needs of multiple clients
  • Exceptionally skilled in communicating with clients clearly, confidently, and efficiently and the ability to explain complex problems and solutions in understandable terms
  • The ability to be persuasive and use soft selling techniques and approaches with clients
  • Experience performing client business reviews, conducting heuristic analysis, and subsequently creating reports for clients
  • A knack for finding and presenting the value of new opportunities to clients 
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently or on a team
  • The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and timelines
  • Comfortable setting expectations and providing feedback to clients and partners 
  • Experience holding team members accountable, and delivering (or receiving) constructive criticism
  • Understanding of basic online marketing concepts and how they apply to ecommerce
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, G-Suite and Zendesk is considered an asset
