We are currently seeking a highly driven Customer Success Manager to join our customer success team in Centennial, CO, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Austin, TX, or Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
Manage a Power & Renewables focused customer success team made up of pre- and post- sales oriented employees.
Coach pre-sales team to effectively present a client needs focused value proposition to capitalize on new business opportunities. Attend customer meetings and provide feedback to the team.
Coach post-sales team to identify opportunities for increased ROI within their account base. Attend customer trainings and provide feedback to the team.
Keep track of customer success metrics and provide regular updates to management with regards to attainment of customer success driven growth and retention goals.
Deliver client feedback to marketing and product development teams to build more effective products and services.
Complete company certifications and training on a regular basis.
Expected to attend trade shows, company strategy gatherings , and client meetings with travel up to 2 0%.
Competitive Candidate Profile
Proven experience managing the customer life cycle process.
Experience in the Power & Renewables customer success space is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in management and customer success roles.
The intangibles include being driven by results, high goal orientation, and working with urgency. In other words, you MUST have a strong motor!
