Senior Director, Sales
We have a key leadership role for a talented and experienced Sr. Director, Sales. The Sr. Director, Sales will manage a team of 50-75 inside sales and support reps and managers, and will be responsible for revenue, retention, and training for our Lender and Title products. The role will report into our SVP of Sales. Other responsibilities include motivating our inside sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and working with our product team to bring our industry-leading lender and title product to market. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. Most importantly we need a strong leader with solid inside sales and people management experience as well as a background in structuring and designing successful inside sales organizations.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue, customer growth, retention and expense control
● Strong understanding of inside sales, a winning sales culture, and inside sales management
● Experience managing and building an inside sales and service team or call center
● Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
● Build scripting and process for an inside sales team
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
● Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
● Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
● Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
● Develop leaders and drive a performance-driven culture
● Build out lead management/scoring, training and quality for multiple products
Qualifications:
● Proven inside sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
● 5+ years previous experience managing sales leaders
● Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
● Proven ability to drive the inside sales standardized process for multiple products from plan to close
● Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
● Proven ability to position products against competitors
● Proven ability to create effective scripting
● Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Bachelors degree preferred
