About The Department
Sales Operations, Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers and Customer Success - all working together to help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences. The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.
What You'll Do
Cloudflare’s business is growing rapidly and Pipeline is the lifeblood of Cloudflare Enterprise business success. Our ability to coordinate, focus, adapt and improve pipeline generation and progression are our most critical sales activities. Putting focused efforts here to improve our cross functional collaboration, analysis, and activation has an incredible impact on our ability to scale and improve the myriad of activities that go into pipe generation and progression.
We are looking for a dynamic, and well-versed leader to lead the Integrated Pipeline Management function at Cloudflare. The team will drive better consistency & execution across all pipeline generation activities for Sales, Marketing & Partners. The intent is to focus on the overall health, clearer analysis & impactful action plans in building a world-class pipeline strategy.
Responsibilities
- End to end pipeline strategy & operations: Defining & managing the processes to establish planning & execution across Global, Theater and Product Specialist teams. Plan for quarterly efficiency reviews and development of metrics.
- Integrated pipeline management: Drive coordination between Sales, Marketing & Partners teams to run integrated campaigns. Ensuring clear ownership and action plans for each campaigns
- Product & Market Intelligence: Leverage your deep knowledge of Cloudflare products/use-cases and market intelligence to design & test different demand gen campaigns
- Campaign experimentation, scaling & measurement: Test & measure different campaigns based on Market Intelligence & Use-cases. Scale successful campaigns rapidly.
- Analysis: Lead ad-hoc estimating/sizing, business problem-solving, and other thought-leadership asks
About You
- 5+ years’ experience post MBA in a Strategy/Operations/Market Intelligence role at a Technology company or Management consulting
- Experience driving large and complex initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is required.
- Solid analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
