Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Programs

RigUp is hiring a Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement Programs that will be responsible for managing the design, build, and implementation of training/enablement programs. What you'll be doing
- Manage the design and development, in conjunction with leadership and vendors, of learning assets for our sales teams to support learning at scale
- Establish and implement an instructional design methodology for both instructor-led content and self-paced, digital content which delivers a blended experience for audiences within the scope of assigned projects
- Run meetings, create and maintain timelines with project managers, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles
- Work closely with internal facilitators to develop effective and engaging training programs for current and newly-hired customer facing employees
- Assist in the implementation of a range of training programs based on business needs.
- Conduct content development sessions and lead discussions around how to identify learning objectives and which learning modalities are most appropriate.
- Identify and define the ROI metrics for the sales methodology and utilize for continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with L&D, Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and various other business partners to collaborate on skill gaps and learning priorities
- Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
- Support ad hoc special projects as needed
What you should have
- 3+ years of experience in corporate learning, L&D and/or Sales Enablement
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial startup and/or corporate culture
- Experience in consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships and the ability to be a strategic partner (vs. just execution).
- Team Player who leads with kindness in all that they do
- Ability to effectively work in a highly ambiguous environment and within cross-functional teams across the organization
