Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Planning at Procore Technologies (Remote)
Procore is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Planning to optimize the revenue planning process from market analysis to territory design. In this role, you’ll join our Revenue Operations team responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing our technology stack, and ensuring we're telling a cohesive story of performance.
As our Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Planning, you'll collaborate with department leaders from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data Analytics to facilitate the roll-out and enhancement of our Revenue planning cycle. You’ll collaborate with the broader revenue and corporate strategy organization on planning and execution. Successful candidates have strong analytical, management, and organization skills and enjoy working in an innovative, high-growth environment.
This position reports to the Director of Revenue Planning and can be based out of any of our US offices or work remotely from anywhere in the US. We’re looking for candidates to join our team immediately!
What you'll do:
Fully immerse yourself in the revenue planning process to influence organizational behavior, drive forward-looking strategy, and identify operational gaps or areas of improvement
Collaborate with Revenue and Corporate Strategy counterparts to drive total addressable market analysis and derive achievable targets for the organization
Lead a team of Revenue Planning professionals to collaborate with stakeholders across revenue to execute on our revenue planning cycle, inclusive of quota setting, market segmentation, territory design, compensation strategy, and headcount planning
Work across revenue functions to integrate Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Sales Development teams into the planning process
Balance high-level strategic view with deep-dive analysis for sales and marketing forecasting, pipeline, and performance
Analyze and communicate critical business insights, trends resulting from strategic changes made during our planning process, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership teams
What we're looking for:
B.A. or B.S. degree at a four year accredited program; MBA a strong plus
5+ years of relevant revenue operations experience
5+ years of experience specifically leading Sales Planning and Strategy
Strong knowledge of sales systems and tools (Salesforce.com, Tableau, etc.)
SaaS experience preferred
Ability to analyze data at the detailed level, and roll up findings and implications for executive management, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel format
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
