We're looking for an intelligent, quick learner, fast mover and stellar person with a background in sales and growth. We've added Austin onto our list of global offices and are building our team here focused on growth for the United States and other North/South American markets. This role of Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 5-8 sales reps focusing on different areas of this growth. This role will allow you to play a significant role in both the sales strategy development and implementation of this multi-million-dollar expansion. As we continue to grow and build our team here in Austin, you'll have amazing opportunities for growth and advancement. You'll work hand in hand with our CEO and other global executives to drive sales, product expansion and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and/or exceed an annual sales target
  • Drive pipeline development and sales process from start to finish
  • Leverage existing network to build a robust clientele for the business
  • Manage small team of sales reps focused on outbound sales
  • Work with senior management to conceptualize potential solutions with respect to set of individuals, markets, companies and geographies
  • Visit international markets to execute go-to-market strategies for varied product portfolio
  • Advocate the company’s products in various forums like events, conferences, meetings and award functions
  • Develop thorough knowledge of the business and the product line
  • Document efforts through company CRM Software and tools

Skills and Competencies:

  • 5-7 years of sales experience with a documented track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Stellar verbal and written communication
  • Go-getter and entrepreneurial nature with strong business orientation
  • Experience selling an HR product/service, or strong network of HR individuals strongly preferred
  • Desire to travel locally and abroad (25%-40% travel)
  • Collaborative - Ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal partners
  • Driven - You’ve demonstrated a clear trajectory of professional growth over time and have prior experience building shareholder value through business development.

Compensation:

The Senior Sales Manager position offers competitive compensation plan and uncapped commission structure. We also offer a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off (“Open PTO”).
