About The Role
Hiring at ThousandEyes is a team effort that is crucial for the company’s success and growth. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Sourcer to help discover and attract top Sales talent for teams across the U.S. In particular we are looking for someone who is excited about taking our GTM sourcing to the next level--someone who can come up with out-of-the-box sourcing approaches and is willing to explore alternative ways to find and attract candidates. You will manage candidate sourcing for a select number of high impact roles while partnering closely with recruiters across the U.S. and EMEA. Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on senior sourcing role built for a key contributor who is dedicated to the art and science of talent sourcing. You identify yourself as a hunter who is motivated to find and cultivate pipelines of exceptional talent and while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to get your candidates hired.
- Partner closely with leaders and recruiters on developing creative sourcing strategies and approaches for hard-to-fill Sales and GTM roles
- Own data and reporting to support pipeline progress, source quality and other critical metrics for your roles
- Devise strategies to source talent through creative channels and methods (e.g., early career recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter mastery, leveraging the ATS, focused targeting, internet research, untested cutting-edge and unique methods)
- Effectively use our ATS system and other sourcing tools to manage the pipeline-building process
- Become an expert in ThousandEyes' technology, and communicate its value proposition to prospective candidates
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and leads
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of demonstrated success sourcing and/or recruiting senior-level talent in a top technology company with 3 of those years sourcing Enterprise Software Sales talent.
- Blend of agency and internal recruiting background and experience preferred
- Some international sourcing experience across EMEA and APAC preferred
- Unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required and some experience working in a rapidly growing start-up preferred
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Terrific networking skills, preferably with an extensive network already in place
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best and brightest
- Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills
- Domain knowledge – you need you to have an understanding of the Enterprise Software space and related technologies
- Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter, familiarity with Greenhouse preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
