We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to join our team! This individual will be helping teach our teams about the sales process, storytelling, qualification, new products, and more. This role will also look for opportunities to optimize our enablement programs and deliver a great experience to all sales roles.

What You'll Be Doing . . .

  • Deliver interactive virtual training/online learning that engages learners - including 30/60/90 day onboarding, ongoing training and certifications, and hospitality industry training.
  • Design and develop training for new and existing employees, on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate group work, partner role plays, and other activities that allow learners to put new concepts into practice in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations and the Sales Management team to identify a pipeline of materials that ensure audiences have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to do their job successfully. 
  • Monitor and review the progress of learners through surveys, feedback, and discussions with managers. Identify a game plan to solve for uncovered issues.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training & Enablement team to schedule, organize, and coordinate training sessions. 

What You Need to Have . . .

  • 3+ years of Sales training experience
  • Experience conducting trainings with a varying audience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to create training content without errors, hold virtual trainings with professionalism and has a proven ability to conduct effective meetings.
  • Experience conducting new hire sales onboarding both in the classroom and for the months after initial training.
  • Experience with instructional design and creating content that will resonate with different learning styles.
