The Customer Care team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin who will be responsible for technical leadership for a Salesforce Service Cloud instance primarily supporting our multiple Customer Care call center operations and growing user base. In this role, you will provide technological leadership to the team responsible for improving Salesforce to better support the WFM organization.

The successful candidate will serve as the internal champion and subject expert for the administration of Salesforce. We expect the candidate to engage with business, gather requirements, conduct ongoing support, do user training, business analysis and activities for enhancements, upgrades, data conversions and report development for multiple business groups with varying needs. This individual will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and would be a point of contact for all issues related to Salesforce.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own and deliver new process updates and projects with cross-functional stakeholders, including ideation, requirement gathering, build and success tracking.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and professional development of Team Members.
  • Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business and security requirements.
  • Leading deploys of changes to production.
  • Working with stakeholders to define, create and manage complex workflow rules, data validations and triggers.
  • Creating and maintain documentation on our processes and procedures.
  • Managing integrations with other systems.
  • Improving the security of our Salesforce instance.
  • Lead regression and smoke testing.
  • Participate in change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations.
  • Create and maintain test cases, execute functional tests cases and adhere to test schedules.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in Salesforce administration.
  • Experience managing Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Involvement in at least 3 large Salesforce projects.
  • Ability to critically review feature requests and make alternate proposals as warranted.
  • Basic release management experience.
  • Ability to analyze Visualforce, SOQL and APEX, although advanced coding skills are not required.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with LiveAgent (chat), Flow, Milestones, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Process Builder and basic call center configuration.
  • Fluent with Lightning, but comfortable navigating in Classic.
  • Experience with Apex Triggers, Apex Class, and Apex code.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
  • Experience in Security configuration, Data Model creation.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production).
  • Strong understanding of Agile based development practices and Sprint planning strategies.
  • Project management and/or business process management certification or equivalent experience. · Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Application Architect
