LoudCrowd, one of the fastest growing companies in Austin and backed by many of the most successful investors and entrepreneurs in Austin, is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative.

LoudCrowd helps brands market through their customers.  We believe that customers sharing the brands they love on social media is a better way to market than creepy digital hyper-targeting. We’ve built tools to help them get their customers to post about them more, in essence turning all a brand’s customers into ambassadors.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop opportunities with potential customers
  • Email, use LinkedIn, etc to engage prospects 
  • Prospect including conducting account research, and finding accurate contact info for target brands
  • Create tailored messaging that engages key decision-makers
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to learn a value based sales process

Develop Skills to Consistently Achieve Quotas and Objectives. This role is designed to quickly transition into an Account Executive role. 

  • Develop an understanding of both LoudCrowd products, and value proposition
  • Use existing sales methodologies and innovate best practices to push beyond gatekeepers, reaching and providing information to the right people at the right time
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and effectively maintain a CRM with detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities
  • Meet and exceed new business development quota 
  • Learn full sales cycle skills for career path to Account Executive role

Who you are:

  • 2+ years working in a SaaS based sales role. Bonus if you have experience with brand / social / influencer  marketing 
  • Excellent communicator capable of working with entry level through C-suite executives
  • Organized, detail oriented and process driven
  • Hard working and capable of designing processes and best practices
  • Comfortable stepping into unfamiliar situations, developing creative solutions

Every other Friday, we morph our weekly wrap up into a company event. We take the time to hang out, get outdoors, and talk about things outside of work. As a client strategist, I meet with my brand clients on their UGC programs and creating client stories (like case studies). I also work closely with our internal teams: engineering for new product launches, sales for new clients sold, and marketing for customer stories.
