SMB Audience Manager, Global Sales Learning

Facebook is looking for an Audience Learning Manager to oversee the onboarding, solutions expertise and sales effectiveness curriculum for SMB as part of the Global Sales Learning team. This position will partner with our regional GSL Sales Learning Leaders to assess, define and inform development of learning solutions to address specific learning needs across the global sales organization. This Audience Learning Manager will also partner with various cross-functional teams to ensure that our learning solutions are informed and aligned with business needs from Product Marketing and other critical Global Marketing Solutions teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook and/or the digital media industry, expertise in identifying needs and building strategies for how we meet those needs with innovative learning solutions, demonstrated expertise in partnering with sales and business stakeholders, problem solving and project management, as well as passion for driving the success of our sales force and of advertisers on Facebook. This position is full-time based in Menlo Park or Austin.
Responsibilities
Primary partner to sales and business stakeholders associated with the role
Deeply embedded in the supported role’s organization and facilitator of the role expertise networks to have deep understanding of the audience needs
Owns translation of role expectations grids into a MECE (mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive) set of learning outcomes and objectives for the role used to map and prioritize needs and associated learning solutions
Curates/manages the role-based learning journeys end-to-end ensuring a seamless learning experience and prioritization of gaps
Plug learning gaps through either a) identification of existing resources (posts, Lynda.com, etc.), b) creation of low-effort content (shoot a video with a SME) or c) adding the item to the Global Production priority list
Partners with in-region GSL teams to implement global role initiatives
Drives scaled communications to ensure awareness and consumption
Build relationships within L&D, Blueprint, GSL and other cross-functional business partners, globally, to collaborate on skill gaps and learning priorities
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships
Track record of learning solution development
Experience designing and developing learning curriculum aligned to specific audience needs
Sales, ad tech and learning acumen
Ability to demonstrate consultative skills, project management, needs analysis, and evaluation skills
Ability to leverage innovative thinking to program deliverables
Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills
Resourceful and solution oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Sales and or digital marketing background as context for understanding specific sales or business needs and appropriate learning experiences
Prior SMB Account Manager/Partner Manager or Contact Center Trainer experience
Experience with Facebook’s family of products and services
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
