We are excited to welcome an experienced Software Sales Manager to our team in Austin! In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of inside and outside sales members and be an important part the continued success of R365!
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain weekly reporting and stand up meetings for Account Executive teams.
- Manage AE MRR quotas and report progress and pipeline to the Director of Sales.
- Weekly 1-on-1s with each team member.
- Help support full cycle sales reps in prospecting/demo best practices.
- Help your team close business.
- Coach team on sales processes and building/maintaining a 'winning culture.
- Be a cheerleader! team from the put others first.
- Review AE demos for training opportunities
- Hold team accountable to weekly/quarterly goals
- Responsible for keeping your teams up to date with policy and procedures
- Team building and coaching on 'The R365 Way' of positivity, accountability, innovation, and quality
- Ownership of CRM best practices and data integrity
- Assist Director of Sales with new hire review and training
- Innovation, Quality, and Accountability in all you do!!
What you need for this position:
- 2+ years’ experience managing full cycle sales teams
- Experience in software sales with a preference for restaurant or ERP technology
- Salesforce proficiency
- Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to lead and work a team

What you need for this position:
