We are excited to welcome an experienced Software Sales Manager to our team in Austin! In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of inside and outside sales members and be an important part the continued success of R365!
How you'll add value:
- Maintain weekly reporting and stand up meetings for Account Executive teams
- Manage AE MRR quotas and report progress and pipeline to the Director of Sales
- Weekly 1-on-1s with each team member
- Help support full cycle sales reps in prospecting/demo best practices
- Help your team close business
- Coach team on sales processes and building/maintaining a 'winning culture
- Be a cheerleader! team from the put others first
- Review AE demos for training opportunities
- Hold team accountable to weekly/quarterly goals
- Responsible for keeping your teams up to date with policy and procedures
- Team building and coaching on 'The R365 Way' of positivity, accountability, innovation, and quality
- Ownership of CRM best practices and data integrity
- Assist Director of Sales with new hire review and training
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years’ experience managing full cycle sales teams
- Experience in software sales with a preference for restaurant or ERP technology
- Salesforce proficiency
- Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to lead and work a team
- Self-starter with a great attitude
- Great with people
- "Run through a brick wall" level of drive, passion, and desire for results
- Intellectually curious
- Willing to challenge current practices and define new best practices for this role in our company
- Hard-working, strong work ethic
- Eager to help restaurants grow!
