Yonder is an A.I. software company that uncovers the agenda of influential groups and the narratives they spread—so communicators can predict and influence narratives on the internet with confidence. Our technology reveals the hidden agendas of the internet. 

We're looking for a Sr. Sales and Business Development Representative who will contribute to revenue-generating sales opportunities for the sales team. This position will be a crucial member of the go to market team and will report to the Account Executive. 

Many of us are based in Austin, TX, but we are a remote company and encourage candidates in other areas to apply. Interviews for this role will be conducted remotely over video during Covid-19, for the safety of our employees and candidates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Master the Yonder pitch and value proposition with an understanding of our target personas. 
  • Integrate with the sales process, finding and isolating top target prospects and constructing a thoughtful plan for outreach in order to book initial prospect meetings.
  • Clearly communicate process and progress to the team, including learnings and recommendations for improvement. 

Your Background:

  • 1 to 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development representative role
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a true startup environment and take on new and unexpected challenges with positivity and creativity
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Must be willing to build a scalable process
  • Exceptionally organized and able to follow plans and hit deadlines. Experience leveraging SFDC as a workflow accelerator is a plus
  • Bring positive, team-first energy and help make Yonder an exceptional place to work
  • Comfort with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce), research tools (Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator), and social media platforms and norms (in general)
