Sr. CAE Regional Director
About the Role:
Manage a team of 6-10 closing Sr. Corporate Account Executives.
Identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.
Scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
Coaching reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices.
Forecasting accurately to management.
Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including the Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects at both the individual contributor and executive level.
Work closely with CAE’s to build pipeline and increase close rates.
Recruiting and training of Sr. Corporate Account Executives.
Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com and Clari.
Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached.
This position is based out of our Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX office.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 2 years Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company.
Minimum 2 years of front-line sales management.
Experience with Salesforce reporting.
Track record of leading a successful team.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.
Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.
Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment.
Channel Sales experience.
Ability to work remotel.
