We are looking for a Manager of Sales Enablement to inspire, coach and build a successful Digital Inside Sales and Sales Development program in our Austin office. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, individuals in this role should possess depth of knowledge in complex Enterprise Software solutions and demonstrated experience, and a passion for, developing both scalable strategies for growth and people.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy, and tone for the newly formed Medallia Digital Insides Sales team
  • Continually reassess conversion rates, qualification process, compensation plans and marketing messaging/programs to generate highly qualified opportunities
  • Inspire, develop, coach, and mentor the sales team
  • Partner internally with Field Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing to continuously improve our sales approach and win rate

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
  • 5+ years of B2B software technology sales enablement experience with focus on inside sales and sales development roles
  • Experience with a consultative value-based selling approach
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration with a successful sales organization
  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for managing projects to conclusion

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience with effectiveness tools such as Outreach, Chorus, Commercial Tribe and the “Command of the Message” selling methodology
