In order to deliver value to our customers, we provide solutions that address complex customer problems.  SparkCognition is seeking a Solutions Architect to help develop the next generation of SparkCognition’s Fabric (SCF) based solutions.  The Solution Architect will be part of a cross-product team that includes data scientists and software engineers working together to create SCF-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and define scalable repeatable architectural patterns that can be used to satisfy a variety of customer use cases.
• Utilize a combination of SparkCognition core services and product services, along with Azure cloud services to build out repeatable solutions.
• Define, validate and document the solution architectures.
• Communicate the architectures to a variety of business and technical stakeholders. 
• Identify and communicate additional technical requirements to the development teams to satisfy additional solution patterns.
• Deliver proof of concepts, prototypes, and solution implementations.
• Ownership of work items. Be self-directed and will find out the most important parts of a problem to work on first, while overcoming obstacles to drive to completion.
• Collaboration with other team members to help put the goals of the team above any individual.
• Be willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done.
• Be willing to share what you know and to learn what you don’t.

 Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working on software solutions or architecture
• Experience working directly with customers, business, and technical stakeholders
• Experience implementing ML solutions
• Experience with IIoT and big data solutions
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google
• Experience with Python, Java, C# or Scala
• Have a desire to better yourself and those around you
• Enjoys working on a collaborative team with other individuals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Understanding of data science techniques and workflows
• Worked on teams using an Agile framework.
