As a part of our People & Culture team you will offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. The Strategic Business Partner will provide insightful data on the financial value and future worth of people-centric programs. 

As a Strategic Business Partner, you will:

• Drive departments toward correlating business results (i.e., production or sales) with individual results.
• Provide proactive solutions to business needs regarding hiring, engagement, succession planning, performance management, coaching and recognition.
• Give honest feedback and coaching to individuals and teams.
• Act as a project manager for cross functional projects and objectives aiming to increase productivity, innovation and communication.
• Ensure company culture / communications are understood and achievable by individuals and teams.
• Act as a counselor in difficult employee situations to help find win-win solution.
