This role is unique and we are looking for the right person with the right skill set to join the team. This role will work closely with the Revenue Center Owner and Account Managers across a portfolio of customers ensuring a smooth transition from delivery into a live service and addressing their ongoing business needs.


This will also require working with various business functions, building strong stakeholder and customer relationships as well as facilitating cross-functional groups to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Ultimately focusing on; product adoption, customer satisfaction and renewal

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Help create and operate a framework to; support and grow our customer business
  • Ensure in-flight projects transition into Live service smoothly and with no problems Work closely with Account Managers to ensure customer needs are being met Work closely with the respective Technical and Support Teams to ensure any technical issues are dealt with in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Work closely with Product Teams to ensure development and release cycles are compliant with existing client solutions Work with Technical teams to coordinate maintenance activity and minimize impact on customers
  • Ensure any recurring issues or constraints with the solutions are addressed
  • Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction Keep track of key service metrics, support periodic service reviews and continuously improve the level of service provided Facilitate customer reporting and evidence contract adherence
  • Work with BI to improve data driven insights
  • Use insights and interpersonal skills to drive product and process adoption
  • Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders Identify and pursue opportunities Advocate on behalf of the customer to achieve mutually aligned goals
  • Work collaboratively to achieve sustainable growth

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 or more years experience in a customer facing role with accountability for business and / or technical solutions
  • Proven experience working across multiple customers / projects
  • Experience and understanding of healthcare markets
  • Experience within a regulated industry/B2BExperience working in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence software or other disruptive technology
  • Experience of presenting to, at a minimum, mid level executives (VP/Director level) and developing relationships with them
  • Relevant graduate qualification or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the ability to convince others of the right path of action; Ability to manage complex processes and analytical tasks - conception thru delivery; Consulting / Coaching skills
  • Ability to see the strategic implications of tactical solutions
  • Ability to bring high standards of integrity to all discussions - prioritizing solutions that meet and exceed the needs of the customer and service users
  • Ability to build and foster deep professional relationships with customers; Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior customers
  •  Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to effectively operate under high pressure environments, with high levels of ambiguity and tight deadlines; Confident, logical problem solving, able to come up with practical solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions intelligently, with strong financial and commercial discipline
