Technical Account Manager


Eventus Systems is looking to hire a highly talented and capable Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic, distributed team. As a part of our Client Success team, The TAM will have cross functional responsibilities to include:

  • Timely and accurate responses to product-related inquiries
  • Inform and train clients about products and their use and deployment
  • Requirement gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integrations, system testing and production support
  • Exhibit propensity to solve complex problems
  • Able to translate technical capabilities and requirements  to both technical and non-technical audience
  • Articulate issues clearly and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Foster a culture of solving the firm’s problems and driving towards business value
  • Reports customer feedback
  • Coordinates with other CX teams members from Regulatory Affairs, Implementation and Product
  • Own end to end client requests which do not require engineering development and consistently track and update progress

Additionally, The TAM will incorporate bespoke reporting and data visualization, data discovery and enhanced data validation opportunities across client implementations.  This role plays an integral part in designing and scoping out scalable, informative use cases and works closely with teams across the organization to ensure projects are prioritized accordingly and expectations are managed across all internal and external stakeholders. 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project delivery using Jira and other tools to implement software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Capital Markets / Trading experience a plus but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical account manager or solutions engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • B2B experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and listening skills
