Technical Solutions Architect, Duo - Global Service Provider
What You'll Do
Expect to work hard and have fun. Duo’s SaaS security solution breaks the mold of the traditional sales model allowing us to move sales cycles at a much higher velocity. A TSA or Solutions Engineer (SE) will work with many, many prospects and customers in a day providing consulting, technical implementation, and demos of Duo. We partner with our account executives to understand and align with our customer’s needs, develop the technical success criteria to win a deal, complete POC’s and consult through state-of-the-art security strategies. We are deeply responsive and available to ensure our prospects and customers have an amazing experience with Duo.

Who You Are
Sales Skills
● Ability to align customer needs with the value of Duo’s Trusted Access Vision
● Proven track-record working with Large Enterprise organizations (5k+ users)
● Deliver compelling product and technical demos
● Strong familiarity with the competitive landscape and the ability to articulate Duo against competing products
● Provide a consultative “Trusted Advisor” sales approach
● Love handling prospect objections
● Superb interpersonal skills
● Work as a team with your assigned Account Executives, Sales Engineers and other cross-functional teams.
● 5+ years experience in a relevant segment or vertical (GSP, SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise, or SLED)
Technical Skills
● Working knowledge of shared services/multi-tenancy SaaS services model Network and Systems Engineering Experience
● CISSP or equivalent security-focused certification highly desirable
● Extensive IP network and systems troubleshooting skills including active working knowledge of tools and commands like ping, traceroute, nslookup and Wireshark.
● Working knowledge configuring and administrating multi-factor authentication services
● Familiarity configuring and administering services including, remote access (VPN/bastion), SaaS/on-prem business applications, and identity/access management platforms (AD, IdaaS/IAM)
● Strong knowledge and understanding of authentication protocols including Radius, LDAP, SAML, OIDC
● Working knowledge of LDAP with the ability to troubleshoot LDAP lookup issues
● Has set up and configured RDP with strong knowledge of Windows Server
● Has a working knowledge of Azure/Office 365 and Exchange
● Has configured and fixed SAML and SSO issues
● Strong Unix and Linux knowledge… Especially with SSH and PAM.
