With over 330% growth in our Enterprise Business in 2020, we’re expanding our Enterprise Sales Team to better serve existing clients, respond faster to leads, and develop and nurture new client relationships. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Texas to join our growing team and call on Austin and Dallas Territories. This role will report directly to the Enterprise Sales Director.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build sales volume for our Texas Enterprise B2B channel by selling 1) Sourced Socials – real, virtual cocktail experiences & 2) Sourced's On Location Offering (when in-person events return) into corporate clients primarily for the following industries:
  1. Tech Companies: Our “sweet spot” in the first 4 markets and we have great case studies with Facebook, Google, Coursera and more.
  2. Services Industry: Law firms, VCs, Banking, Consulting, Ad Agencies.
  3. Real Estate: Commercial and residential
  4. Event Spaces: Bringing the clients to us, building these relationships with event spaces is crucial.  (when in-person events start again)
  5. Co Working Spaces: WeWork is big client and you’ll take over that relationship in Austin & Dallas. There are a number of other co working spaces as well to go after. (when in-person events start again)
  6. Retail: Brick and Mortar stores are trying to make shopping more of an “experience” to combat people shopping online. (when in-person events start again)
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline within our CRM to report on a number of sales calls, response rate, bids submitted, close rates and renewals. 
  • Work cross-functionally with operations team to solve for client’s problems, as well as with the marketing team to come up with marketing tactics to help with sales team goals. 
  • When in person events are back: being physically present for the first 30 minutes of a new client’s first event to help manage the relationship/deliverables.
  • During virtual happy hours, be available to host each happy hour with your clients as the “moderator” 
  • Monitor competitor activity, market conditions, and product development. 

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years sales experience in a high growth environment.
  • Existing book of business that includes VPs of People & Culture, HR Managers, event planners and office managers.
  • Ability to communicate well with other employees in other markets.
  • Experience in selling or event management in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus. 
  • Based in Austin or Dallas.
  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule - there will be day events or late night events on average 3x per week. Because our customer dictates our schedule, we are super flexible with work hours i.e. startinig later in the day to accomadate 5pm/6pm events.
