We're looking for a Sales Development Trainer and Team Lead who is committed to helping others grow, develop, and deliver organized training programs and has relevant experience in Sales Development. This person creates and delivers curriculum and training for our Sales Development team including onboarding bootcamp, ongoing professional development and enablement, and one-off instruction and training. Their goal will be to onboard, enable, and develop SDRs while serving as a coach and trainer. They will report to the Global Director of Sales Development and partner with SDR Leaders across the company globally to communicate progress of the reps, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate on new training or learning materials. In addition to supporting the SDR Org as an educational resource, they also assist reps with day-to-day questions.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Presents training in-person and virtually in boot camps, team meetings, and one-off events per process changes in the organization
  • Creates training materials and curriculum based on content needs, including presentation slide decks, manuals, and other visual aides 
  • Educates SDRs and leaders about development opportunities and internal resources
  • Develops and manages an ongoing training plan to build SDRs customer-facing skills and prepare them for their next role within the company
  • Develop training materials and learning opportunities that are specific to audiences in North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring buy-in from peers, leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Serves as project manager including daily logistics of executing programs including classroom set up, coordination of training materials and guest-speakers, communication with trainees, and collection of evaluation/feedback
  • Develops and utilizes a learning performance grading system to track learner progress and report it to SDR Leadership
  • Meet regularly with learners to give feedback and suggest tactics for improvements
  • Serves as a leader on the floor and answers questions related to the SDR process at Khoros

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
  • Two years of professional experience in sales development role (preferably enterprise sales or technology/SaaS sales) OR equivalent experience in sales development + training and enablement roles
  • Experience building and optimizing training programs by uncovering training needs
  • Experience creating and delivering training, and tracking and reporting on learner/rep performance
  • Experience serving in an SDR team lead role is a plus
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing, GSuite to facilitate trainings and education
