USC Enterprise Sales Manager
Description
Overall line management for the sales team based out of Austin with one person based out of Atlanta. You will be a player/coach responsible for driving the overall team performance whilst maintaining a level of direct quota achievement personally.
Purpose
To drive consistent sales achievement for yourself and the team
Outcomes
Coach the team to continually improve in all aspects of the role
Ensure our partners love working with us and are successful
Run a team cadence that creates shared learnings and momentum
Drive First Customer Meetings to ensure top of the funnel is healthy
Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent coverage for future quota achievement
Personally drive some of the bigger partner/customer opportunities
Key KPI’s
Avg of 15 FCM’s attended per month across the team
4X Pipeline cover forward for the next 90 days for the team
Pipeline days in stage less than 60
New ARR and TCV generation in line with targets
